Circular assemblies

Multi-station, rotary table stations, capable of reducing times in processes with high productivity and of reducing overall dimensions in in-line production. This solution can be used both for the handling and assembly of small parts and for the management of heavy and bulky components with table plates of 2500 mm diameter and more.

6-position complex for assembling components on an injector. 2 processed types, cycle time 9 sec/piece.
1900mm diameter plateau assembly for hot-plugging stator jackets for automotive electric motors.
4-position assembly for stroke/load controlled pressings on Selespeed actuator.
6-position assembly unit for component assembly, leak testing and electrical testing of injectors. Cycle time 11 sec/piece.
4-position assembly for component assembly, bushing fitting and soundproofing forming on automotive pedals.
4-position assembly for mounting and leak test of fuel rail injectors.
